What is Model and Talent Portfolio?
A portfolio is a visual "resume" and "catalogue" of what the model and talent can do. It is the most important tool a model and talent has for interviewing and getting jobs. The portfolio contains a series of professionally produced photographs. A portfolio should generally contain shots which feature the model and talents in the most positive way for the types of jobs he/she is trying to get. When it comes to portfolios, "you sell what you advertise." In other words, if you're trying to get a job as a swimsuit model, your portfolio should feature several swimwear shots rather than a series of shots in mid-winter with you in Eskimo park. Is there a fee to be represented
by Deballz?
No! We do not charge fees for representation.
We earn between 20% to 40% agency commissions depending on the type of work
our models and talents secure through our agency. While there are no fees to
be represented by our agency, models and talents are required to cover their own expenses
such as photoshoots, website fees, composite cards, etc.

If the agency likes me, will they
pay for everything?
As a model or a talent you are self-employed, independent
business. You are considered a sole proprietor in your own business, you are
not an employee of the agency. Like any business, you will have costs. As a model
or talent these costs could include composite cards, portfolios, headsheets,
websites, couriers, etc. Even the top models working in New York, Paris and
London are expected to cover their own promotional costs. It is very rare that
an agency will advance a model or talent's money to buy their own promotional tools
of the trade. An advance is always expected to be paid back to the agency. An
agency is not set up to finance a model or talents career, it is not a bank or
a financial institution.

How to make payment to Deballz (if
any)?
All payments can be made directly to any Maybank Malaysia branches, account number 564100418311 under Deballz Dot Com. Please keep your bank slip as this is your proof of payment
that you have made. Email your payment slip to casting@deballz.com for verification
and once verified, you should receive a receipt instantaneously. We also accept
major credit cards online.

How Deballz's Work?
1. You have to register at deballz.com. Registration is made online.
2. Login as a model and upload some full face and full length photos.
3. Join to any photoshoot to make your model portfolio.
4. Attend the to discuss about your photoshoot.
5. Appear to the photoshoot day.
6. Within 14 days, your portfolio will ready and online
7. Contact to collect your portfolio.
8. From now on, you will be receiving a call / email / sms notify you on next commercial.

How to Hiring a Model and Talent?
1. Choose any models that you interest
2. Sign-in as member and send a message to them
3. Invite then to any casting or screening
4. Deballz does not charge on any unsuccessful models for turning fee.
5. Email: casting@deballz.com to make an appointment or to request any models that not online. Deballz models portfolio sometimes appears as offline too.

Can I just do photography if I'm
not tall enough for runway?
Depending on the type of field that you are hoping to do,
you may be able to do just commercial print work. Most major designers will
still opt for tall models for their print work because the sample size is created
before the model is selected. If the model doesn't fit the garment, a new model
is selected. Often the creations debut on the runway, and then are shipped straight
to magazines or photographers to be given new life.
For things such as swimwear, where curves
and shorter torsos are often the best way to show off the bikini, shorter
models have a better chance of success. But afterall, we are welcome to all
sizes!

Generally though, we need professional photos before meeting
with most clients. Professional photographers understand what is necessary to
build your portfolio and how you look the best!.

Your portfolio would be ready by 5-14 days after your photoshoot.

I have a portfolio already, why
do I need a comp card?
The comp card is the model's most basic promotional tool.
It's an easy medium to show you off as comp cards are lightweight, inexpensive
and easy to send out in a package. Deballz's Comp card is available online once your portfolio is active.

Yes! We can publish it online if your portfolio follows our standard with a minimum charge. Please contact us for further information.

Why my portfolio still not active and pending?
There are few causes of why your portfolio not active and still pending. Some of the causes are;
1. You don't have any proper photos (photos must be properly taken in the studio or outside);
2. Your information in incomplete;
3. You didn't subscribe to any of the membership. Login to view the array of the membership.
Deballz.Com provides a professionally taken photograph to be used as your portfolio. You need to login for more information of the membership.

Productions and photographers all around the world are welcome to hire any of deballz.com talents and models. Few steps you need to follow before hiring them.

- Browse at deballz.com list of talents and models and inform us any talents or models that you keen to hire
- Email to info@deballz.com your request together with your budget and plan
- Expect on our reply for not more than 48 hours. We usually reply within a day during normal working hours
- Set up a time to meet your requested talents at either at our place or your place
